Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, just a short walk to Earl's Court tube station and surrounded by many restaurants and services. However, the rooms had some issues with nails sticking out of the walls covered in band-aids, making me a bit uneasy. The service was a mix of helpfulness and disruptions, with staff knocking on our room late at night for a leak issue that didn't seem to concern us directly. The dining options were convenient, but a bit pricey considering better alternatives nearby.
The hotel has a great location close to a local tube station and a big supermarket, which is really the best thing about the hotel. However, the rooms situated in the cellar were a total mess with non-working hair dryers and no available internet, and the dining options were quite high compared to alternatives nearby.
My stay at the hotel was a total disaster. The rooms were in terrible condition; water damage, calcification, and the need for repairs and some fresh paint made me feel like I was in a horror movie. The window was plain glass, the smoke alarm was taped over, there was a mug with a large chip that took days to replace, and the bed springs were sticking out like something out of a haunted house. The carpets were absolutely filthy, and I can't even begin to describe the rest. I have no idea how this place is even allowed to operate and it definitely needs a thorough inspection. To top it off, the toilet was right next to the bed, making it feel like I was in a cell. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
The hotel rooms were extremely small, almost like dog kennels, with poor ventilation and windows facing a pavement. The service was indifferent and below average, with multiple issues in the room. However, the location was convenient for the event I was attending, near Earl's Court Station. The dining experience was subpar with limited breakfast options. Overall, it was one of the cheapest options available in London.
I found the hotel to be quite disappointing overall. While the room was clean, it was extremely small and not ideal for spending more than a night. The service was lacking as there were issues with noise disturbances and slow WiFi. The location, however, was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. The dining experience fell short with overpriced and subpar breakfast options.
The hotel's location is fantastic, being right beside the Earls Court Underground Tube Station, offering easy access to transportation and close to a variety of dining and shopping options. However, the rooms were disappointing with tiny spaces, leakages on the ceiling, and unclean sheets and towels. The service was lackluster, with staff members showing little interest in guests' concerns and the reception being hard to locate. The dining experience was subpar, with limited breakfast options and a room too small for comfort. The positive aspect was the convenient and bustling neighborhood around the hotel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to the Underground, but some aspects like the dining experience left much to be desired. The service was a bit hit or miss, and while the rooms were comfy and clean overall, there were some maintenance issues that needed attention.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were as cosy and warm as a hidden chamber under the stairs in a movie, but unfortunately, they were a total mess with damp walls, a terrible smell, and various maintenance issues. The service was a mix of helpful and unprofessional moments, with some staff going above and beyond while others lacking in basic courtesy. The location was quite convenient but had its drawbacks, being close to amenities but requiring a lot of walking. The dining experience left much to be desired, with overpriced and underwhelming options. Overall, it's a place with potential but needing significant improvements.
Upon arrival, the room was a bit warm, so I had to crack open the windows slightly. Despite being underground, I felt secure knowing leaks wouldn't affect my stay. The booking process was not very helpful, and the room later turned cold. The service was lacking in accommodation for complaints and not very welcoming; however, there were some helpful and professional staff around. The location was perfect as it was just a 2-minute walk from Earls Court Station, clean, and comfortable, but lacked nearby food and drink options. The dining experience was subpar with limited breakfast options, and the value did not match up for the price. Facilities were standard with minor issues like a vent hanging off the hallway wall.
